Starting My Own Business - Why I Chose Entrepreneurship

December 18, 2022Updated Feb 17, 2026

I was fortunate enough to choose the path of entrepreneurship, and I'm still moving forward step by step without going bankrupt.

I started my business partly because I wanted to get rich, and partly because I have a dream of creating an animated musical that everyone loves. But a pretty significant part of it is:

I want to live doing what I want to do.

Sleep until I'm rested, work when I want to work, rest when I want to rest, travel when I want to travel, and so on.

Living while doing everything I want.

Of course, as the company grows, I've had to give up quite a few things. But that doesn't mean I'm not achieving what I set out to do.

So I consider this work incredibly hard but incredibly fulfilling.

Because of this philosophy, our company doesn't have a strict leave policy.

There are official vacation days, but regardless, if you want to rest, you can always take a break using remote work as the pretext.

There's also no overtime.

Since the baseline is extracting maximum efficiency during work hours, tasks often finish faster than expected, and people sometimes leave early.

Gathering people who share the same dream and enabling them to do what they want to do —

I will never forget this promise :)
