Taurine - Pre-Workout Fat Burning Benefits

Until now, I had been taking taurine after workouts for muscle fatigue recovery.
However, taking it before a workout rather than not at all
helps burn approximately 16% more fat, making it more effective.
This is info I found on Google so it's not absolute truth, but for now I'll trust it and start taking it before workouts.
