Quick Game Review — NPR Graphics with Visual Glitches

I only played about 10 minutes, so I can't really speak to the gameplay.
The NPR graphics look nice, but there are glitches similar to Miyo.
It feels like an unfinished product.
The production quality also seems a bit lacking for a full release.
Something's off. Really off.
