Today I did "upper body workout."

Yeah, "upper body workout" seems too long.

So from now on I'll just call it "UBW."

To get back on track, I did 3 sets of 12 pull-ups during UBW.

Working out with an exhausted body is tough.

But if I don't exercise, my body will probably just keep losing ground.

What I mean is —

Gotta work out regardless.
