Taipei Game Show - Day 1

Headed to Taiwan to attend the Taipei Game Show.
Originally I was planning to exhibit, but due to various circumstances, I decided to just attend as a visitor.

Arriving at the airport always makes me hungry.

Had a late dinner with a Western-style tonkatsu — hearty comfort food.
It was around 8 PM at the time.

The flight was delayed about 40 minutes due to COVID-19 precautions, so I had to fight off drowsiness for a while.

Played some games while waiting, then boarding started. Flew to Taiwan on my favorite airline, Jeju Air.

Departing at night hits different.

They turned off all the cabin lights so we could sleep comfortably.

Despite the late departure due to the delay, we arrived in Taiwan in just 2 hours.
I remember it taking about 3.5 hours last time, so I was grateful for the early arrival.

By the time we reached the hotel, it was 1 AM local time.
Everyone walking around the neighborhood was Korean — it almost felt like wandering into some remote corner of Seoul.

Grabbed some drinks and headed into the hotel.
The B2B exhibition starts tomorrow and I'm already excited.
I'll document and share tomorrow's experience too :)
